About Me
Hi, I’m Dr. Vidhi,
And I’ve been where you are. . .
With over 15 years in the medical field across India and the UAE, I’ve always believed in blending science with empathy. As an Ophthalmologist (eye surgeon), I was used to solving complex problems, but becoming a mother introduced me to a new kind of puzzle: my daughter’s unpredictable sleep.
When my own baby struggled with sleep, I understood the exhaustion, the tears (theirs and mine), and the constant second-guessing. I also knew that as much as I loved my little one, I couldn’t pour from an empty cup.
An exhausted mind and an energy deprived family surely was unable to make happy memories.
Through small, evidence-based changes, I watched our days transform from chaos to calm and realised that tiny transitions build comfort and predictability.
I’m familiar with the challenges that come with returning to work and navigating new care arrangements. Whether your baby is starting daycare or being looked after by a nanny, the transition can bring uncertainty - and I’m here to support you through it.
Happy Baby leads to Happy Mama ! Leads to happy family !
That’s how The Sleep Curator was born: a space where science meets heart, helping families move from overwhelm to peaceful rest.
I love helping my wonderful families to find their sleep rhythm, and beyond that you’ll probably find me curled up with a cup of coffee, chasing after my own little one, or getting outdoors to recharge or simply reading books.
