About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Vidhi,

And I’ve been where you are. . .

With over 15 years in the medical field across India and the UAE, I’ve always believed in blending science with empathy. As an Ophthalmologist (eye surgeon), I was used to solving complex problems, but becoming a mother introduced me to a new kind of puzzle: my daughter’s unpredictable sleep.

When my own baby struggled with sleep, I understood the exhaustion, the tears (theirs and mine), and the constant second-guessing. I also knew that as much as I loved my little one, I couldn’t pour from an empty cup.

An exhausted mind and an energy deprived family surely was unable to make happy memories.

Through small, evidence-based changes, I watched our days transform from chaos to calm and realised that tiny transitions build comfort and predictability.

I’m familiar with the challenges that come with returning to work and navigating new care arrangements. Whether your baby is starting daycare or being looked after by a nanny, the transition can bring uncertainty - and I’m here to support you through it.

Happy Baby leads to Happy Mama ! Leads to happy family !

That’s how The Sleep Curator was born: a space where science meets heart, helping families move from overwhelm to peaceful rest.

I love helping my wonderful families to find their sleep rhythm, and beyond that you’ll probably find me curled up with a cup of coffee, chasing after my own little one, or getting outdoors to recharge or simply reading books.

If you’re ready to be supported and rested again, I’d love to walk this journey with you.

  • I reached out to Dr. Vidhi when my daughter was just 4 months old and the guidance I received from her was extremely helpful! Ritu, Mother of 4 month old (Pune, India)

  • Dr. Vidhi helped me when my 5 month old would wake up way too early in the morning. She was so kind to share her knowledge. I followed exactly what she said, not thinking much would change as her suggestions felt so simple. But to my surprise, my baby started waking up at a comfortable time, and I also got some rest. I,m so glad that her suggestions worked.

    - Sonia, Mother of 5 month old (Delhi, India)

  • I reached out to Vidhi Ahuja when my son was 13 months old. He was waking frequently , fighting every nap, and none of us were getting the rest we needed. I felt exhausted, overwhelmed and unsure if what to try next. Vidhi took the time to understand our routines and created a gentle plan that worked. Over time, my son began settling easier and napping better. The mental strengthed and encouragement I received from her kept mwe motivated and helped me not give up. I am grateful for her support and highly recommend her to any parent needing sleep help.
